Recruiter
Requirements:
— 1+ year of IT recruitment experience
— Candidate direct search and headhunting experience
— Good understanding of IT technologies and strong knowledge of the latest processes and tools in recruiting field
— Experience in closing difficult positions (Senior developers, Top managers)
— Experience in first screening and giving feedbacks
— Excellent communication skills
— Upper-intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
— Searching for candidates using different sources and tools
— Managing and developing relationships with candidates
— Contact candidates and conduct phone screening interviews
— Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery
— Maintain a full hiring cycle in a collaboration with the HR manager
