SAP Senior Procurement (MM) Analyst

Objectives:
After successful migration from ECC to S/4 Hana, Our Customer in Europe has an ambitious plan to improve procurement solution across European sites, based on typical SAP MM submodules such as buying, MRP, purchase requisition and purchase order processing, inventory management. We are looking to strengthen our internal SAP competence center Europe with an experienced SAP Procurement analyst.

Responsibilities :
Under matrix management of SAP EU manager and Corporate SAP MM leader, in close collaboration with other functional analysts, the job holder will:

•  Provide 1st level support working on access requests, service requests and incidents using ITSM application
•  Provide training pack and train key users 
•  Work on bug fixes and issue analysis, using JIRA application
•  Prioritise work through monthly sprints and follow up with business partners
•  Facilitate the adoption of Procurement solution and associated best practices across Europe sites
•  design, develop and configure required functionalities in SAP MM and support deployment of mobile devices in warehouses, 
•  work on integration flows between SAP MM, other SAP modules and non SAP systems
•  participates in template building, deployment, improvements, advocating and safeguarding standards
•  works on retrofit from plant to plant and adoption of best practice processes by business users 
•  works closely with community of key users
•  Release developments and configuration elements through DEV-QAS-PROD landscapes
•  Validate work performed by contractors
•  Mentor and help develop medior MM analyst

Your Profile : 

• 10 years experience in SAP MM, in industrial companies 
•  Expert Knowledge of MM areas such as buying, material master, vendor master, MRP, purchase requisition and order processing, inventory management using mobile devices 
•  Deep understanding of the main processes of the SAP MM and the corresponding system settings
•  Experience of participation in a full-cycle SAP PM implementation project and solution improvements with Competence center
•  Reading and understanding ABAP
•  Has practiced Agile methodology and knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
•  Good understanding of integration areas (PM, PP, CO, FI) and their configuration points
•  Already exposed to Fiori apps in Maintenance area with experience of apps mapping to SAP PM BPML
•  Good collaboration and communication skills, experience working with and strengthening community of key users 
•  Stress tolerance and ability to meet deadlines

•  Team spirit , knowledge transfer skills
•  English and french written and spoken
• Living in driving distance of La Louviere site in Belgium (or be ready for business trips). First 2 month be ready for on-site
