B2B Support Agent

Experience:

  • Strong ability to proactively manage assigned tasks or projects
  • Customer focus and can-do attitude
  • Advanced English knowledge Level (Both spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy; ideally proficient using of Office programmes
  • Strong grasp on technology
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver the presentation and communicate at all levels within an organization,
  • Ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships with customers (internal and external)
  • Strong ability to efficiently self-manage work time and duties
  • Strong work ethics
  • Flexibility on working hours (between 10:00 and 22:00)
  • Ability to work on weekends, but not every weekend (maybe remote work from home on these days)

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge and experience working in the gaming industry would be advantageous
  • Previous online Support or E-commerce support experience
  • Excellent written English
  • Knowledge of German language on a basic level

Duties:

  • Monitor email queues and provide support and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assess and assist the various requests related to technical and operational problems and tasks and provide solutions
  • Provide support and service to our international B2B customers
  • Coordinate with internal and/or remote departments to improve operations efficiency
